Wanting to Be Free from Work for a While
Thank God for holidays! At least now, I have all the time to do what I have been wanting to do for so long a time … what else but Myspace. I just figured that it was high time for me to update my MySpace profile. I also want to upload new photos for all my friends to see. I have been “inactive” online for the past two months – that's a long time, I must say, especially because I used to be online practically every single day. But lately, work has been so demanding. And if there was some free time, I needed to sleep so I can be revitalized. I needed all the energy for the many tasks at hand. But today is a holiday and I intend to use it for rest and pleasure. Later, I plan to go and visit my grandma. I heard that she's been getting more sickly these days and for sure, she has been wanting to see me, too. How I wish I could afford not to work and still live comfortably. Lucky are those who are able to do just that.

A Very Sad Story I Read Reduced Me To Tears When What Happened Could Have Been Prevented With Tougher Rules In Place
I read an article in the newspaper about the amount of abuse caused on social network sites and a particular youth who had caused a young girl to commit suicide by hanging herself, leaving a note saying she couldn’t take any more of the bullying. The title was Facebook block user and it had a picture of the family left with out their child at her funeral. What had happened was, the boy had been bullying the young girl until she could take no more, she had the bullying at school, around where she lived and then on her Facebook account. The parents as you can imagine were distraught and they wanted justice done with the young man who had drove their Daughter to do such a terrible thing. I believe the case is still pending due to the youths age. This sort of thing should not be happening as we should all be living in a safe world and especially our children, they should have no fear of using social network sites or having to suffer putting up with bullying.
