The Importance Of A Trustworthy Locksmith
It is important that one never underestimates the importance of a trustworthy locksmith. After all these people may have access to your home depending on the situation that arises. In one case a close friend of mine was locked out of her home and did not have access to a spare key. She called and emergency locksmith to help her get into her home. The locksmith showed up quickly and had told her over the phone that he would just pick the lock so that she could get inside to get her keys. He quoted her around $50 for the job. Well things quickly went downhill. He told her after looking at the door that he would need to remove the lock and put a new one in. Of course she was not thinking straight and never thought to ask any questions until after. Eventually the door was open but when she got the bill things were not OK. Instead of the $50 bill it ended up costing a few hundred dollars. This never happened to me when I used my local Austin Locksmith. Be careful who you call!
