Many people ask me why I always buy branded products and not opt for cheap Chinese made products. My answer is simple I tell them that I prefer to deal with known people even if It cost me a little bit more. Recently my friend purchased a Chinese made mobile phone and he was very happy because it did not cost him much. However after a few days he found that he could not add any software to view movie clips on his mobile. Since there was no customer support number for the mobile he had purchased he could not get any help. As compared to this I have a Samsung mobile and I have paid a good amount for it but I don’t regret doing so. If I need any help I can go to their website online and search their trouble shooting guide for the problem that I am facing. Even if I have to download any software for my mobile all I need to do is to go to the samsung support page of their website and get the software downloaded for my mobile. This efficient service of theirs has made me buy more of their products.
